We make copra with premium quality so that it meets export class. The copra we produce has a moisture content of between 4-8%. We obtained these results from several stages of drying. At first, we opened the coconut belt and then we cut it with a machete, after that we dried it under the hot sun using hybrid solar dryers or a drying machine like an oven when the rainy season came. We know that our peeled coconuts turn into copra after the fruit is easy or even detaches itself from the coconut shell. We will sort the copra that we make based on the size and the holes that appear on the copra. After that we do packing with sacks, one sack will contain 65-70 kilograms of copra ready for sale.
